Financial independence is the key to women’s empowerment, yet millions of women worldwide lack access to essential financial services. Our Volunteer Women Microfinance Support program enables women in Nepal to start and sustain small businesses, achieve financial literacy, and escape the cycle of poverty.

By joining our women’s microfinance volunteering initiative, you’ll provide hands-on support to women-led cooperatives, offer financial training, and help establish community-driven savings and loan programs.

Despite Nepal’s rapid economic growth, rural women still face financial exclusion. Only 37% of women in Nepal have access to formal financial institutions, and 60% rely on informal lending with high interest rates.
