Empowering Educators, Enriching Classrooms – One Teacher at a Time
Overview
Nepal’s education system is undergoing significant reform, but many rural schools still face a shortage of trained, motivated teachers and innovative teaching methods. Our Teacher Development Volunteer Programs in Nepal aim to improve the quality of education by strengthening the capacity of local educators. Whether you’re an experienced teacher, a recent graduate, or someone passionate about education, you can help transform teaching in Nepal through sustainable training and mentorship.
VIN’s teacher training initiatives support public schools and early childhood centers, focusing on creative pedagogy, inclusive classrooms, mental well-being, and leadership development.
Why
